How do I order to Italy and do I need to have a import licence?
Yes depending on country. We will assist you in importing your house furniture. For Europe and UK , we directly ship to clients. The client can also pay in this case fully on the website itself and Goods will be shipped to them. For UK clients where we are putting more client base , there are regular carriers who delivery directly to many locations . In case of India Prinitalia has channel partners or Franchise in chennai Nasik Surat and Bangalore . Prinitalia also runs a local Brand by name IH The local franchise assigned will import on your behalf and deliver the goods to you. Once you have placed your wish list and order on line , the process starts. You will be contacted by them , to visit the experience centre for checking the finishes and mood boards . We currently deliver many states of India . We hope to open more franchises in future.
Why I should plan my interiors well in advance?
Again depending on country. All the furniture we supply is not ready in stock. Since it is mostly customised as per the style and your choice of finish. , furniture factories take minimum one month to manufacture such furniture.After which we have to add the transit time required to reach your country or place. For Europe usually we delivery in 4 to 6 weeks . Where as India we delivery from 8 to 10 weeks. Therefore please order in advance . What is the delivery time from Italy and what about the transport ?
Delivery time depending on the country we have to deliver. 4-6 weeks europe. 8-12 weeks india 12-16 weeks rest of the world All the products are transported and delivered using the Prinitalia transport partners or its Franchise delivery network.
Please note that we try to deliver the furniture in time but most of the time is earlier than planned as we have kept more time for transport than needed actually but sometimes deliveries may get delayed for reasons beyond our control. In that case please get in touch with us. Stay calm we will give you best of our services and update you on the shipment new dates.
All shipment is charged extra on the product cost . So when we quote the product prices are different and transports are quoted seperately or included.
How it works , the order , payment and the delivery ?
Please note that it works exactly like ecommerce but only difference is we just take a nominal advance on line while booking the order. Then once our local partner or Franchise explains you the product/finishes and all details are sorted you , you are asked to pay the next instalment of payment and your products gets into the manufacturing line. Once ready you are asked to pay full value and then the delivery is effetec. You can check your order details, status everyting via our app which gives full details. You are also given a full detailed order details for you to follow up.
How to cancel order ?
Please note that once your preorder advance is given , the order is can be cancelled and your pre order advance is returned. But once you pay the First installment for producing the products , the not possible to cancel the order Please check with your local franchise or with our main office for further details if needed
Can I import on my own ?
Yes you can., in case of many countries where import is allowed freely this is valid., In case of India , Yes you can we will arrange for you to get the IE code and the procedure is not complicated. Please check with your local franchise or with our main office for further details if needed
What are the most important points I must know for taking delivery and installation
Italian furniture is modular and very easy to install. It is premounted many times so very less installation is needed. It comes in well strongly packed items Please ensure the packing list and the no of items you are receive are same. Please see all the important points given in delivery as far as any damage due to transport or bad handling is concerned. We take care that nothing can go wrong in delivery and the product is protected sufficiently.
For countries where not customs clearance required products are delivered directly to clients. Incase of countries like India and other countires where these is customs., all the customs formalities will be taken care by the local franchise or partner. The goods will be delivered to you at your house site by them.
For installation , the local Franchise will organize a team and do it. Usually installation of furniture for a full house can last not more than 5 to 6 days as most of the furniture is pre installed in modules. ( depending on the size of the house)

If you are planning for wooden flooring from Italy, then please first install the floorings. For Villas and projects of certain dimension we advise to order Kitchen wooden floors, bathrooms and wardrobes as first order and well in advance. Once all these are installed , because they need more time for installation, you can install the rest of the loose furniture and finish your home project. We assis5 you in all these phases of work. Please note standard warranty policies apply.which are indicated in contract and product details. Products once delivered cannot be cancelled as order.
What are the my payment options ?
Credit or debit cards Only for the Pre order advance booking amount
For orders under some maximum amount , we accept again full payments by credit cards
In case of Complete project of houses with large order amount, we accept bank transfers.
Your bank TT , we ask for a copy to load on website, also await for it to reach to process your order. If there is Franchise involved in your tansaction , he will take care of the payments.
It is very safe to do Bank TT to our bank account.
Does prinitalia store my card or account information?
