Furniture Delivery Information

Prinitalia delivers throughout Italy and Europe.  We delivery throughout UK. We are shipping  internationally all around the globe. We have special arrangements to ship to UK through our well-connected transporter.

We have special arrangements to deliver in India through our Franchise network. Please contact us for more details .

We also deliver to most Indian cities ICD container depos.  Such delivery charges will be according to shipment costs. We also ship partial shipments or single furniture to India or anywhere in Globe. under LCL container services we are associated with. We accept order for India of minimum 4 cubic meter material. So we provide lot of possibilities to clients to order on line. All material s well packed especially the single furniture items. We also ship 2 bhk complete packages in such LCL containers so client can order their furniture not necessarily wait to order quantities of full containers.
We have our own warehouse where we collect all your project furniture to be loaded for shipment.

All material weight and dimensions are given in the packing list. The transport cost is quoted separately when not indicated included in the product cost.

Package of the product. Please do not remove packages before, only when you are ready to install and

All packages have been collected at the site where the furniture to be installed. Then start unpacking as per installation instructions.

Delivery Period

Delivery times from furniture factories may vary and We indicate the deliveries when proforma is issued to the client. If some items are in stock, we can deliver quickly. In case you need your furniture in shorter time than indicated by us, then please let us know. We may be able to make the shipment for you sometimes depending on the supplier.  Customisation of product cost more and also takes more time for delivery.

Shipment through our Franchise

Once your order is ready for dispatch, we will advise your local Franchise showroom which handled the order Their delivery team will contact you and arrange for the documents and clearance of the delivery. This is if the cost of such delivery at site has been already included.

When we have advised through telephone or email, the delivery timing, please make sure that you have people who receive the delivery. We are not responsible for any problems arising in your local area. Please see the packages and inspect them at your site when unloaded

If there is any damage or any missing items, please inform us immediately. All materials are insured so damages will be handled through insurance claims not by our company. In case insurance is managed by client., the it is your

Responsibility of insurance cost. We indicate in proforma separately if the insurance cost is our account and also the shipment cost Please check on ordering.

There is digital assistant provided for Franchise who can use them to do the process .
